SPICE
An invigorating mat pilates class with 95-105º heat to initiate a detoxifying sweat that increases flexibility and stimulates blood circulation. With the music pumping, this class will scorch your abs as you go through intermediate and advanced mat work accompanied by weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and the trusty magic circle.
SAVOR
A pilates spin on HIIT workouts; be ready to move! With the room at 95-105º, music blasting, hearts pumping, & sweat dripping, Savor will challenge your body, boost your metabolism, and build lean muscle mass. This is a whole body strengthening exercises with free weights, resistance bands, and a revolving door of props.
ZEST
In this class, we eliminate the heat and focus on mat work; moving the spine, strengthening the trunk, and building your knowledge on centering, control, concentration, precision, breathe, and flow. You may utilize props – resistance bands, light weights, pilates ball & the devilish magic circle.
SALTVAULT is a musically driven, infrared heated Mat Pilates studio.
Here you will sweat, strengthen, and seamlessly flow for 50 minutes at a time. Our classes are heated with infrared technology set between 85-105 degrees to get your heart pounding and blood pumping.
THE BENEFITS OF INFRARED HEAT
— DETOXIFICATION
Infrared is radiated heat: the feeling of warmth from the sun on your skin. It is even the same form of heat emitted by your own body. It is the most basic and cleansing form of heating known to woman.
— RELAXATION
Infrared promotes relaxation by helping to balance your body’s level of cortisol, your body’s primary stress hormone. The heat generated by the lamps will also help to relax muscles and relieve tension throughout the body, allowing you to relax and de-stress.
— WEIGHT LOSS
According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, regular use of infrared imparts a similar boost on the cardiovascular system as running. As you relax in the gentle heat, your body is hard at work producing sweat, pumping blood and burning calories. As your body increases sweat production to cool itself, your heart works harder to pump blood at a greater rate to boost circulation. This increase in your metabolism will burn calories – in fact the Journal of the American Medical Association concluded that a 30-minute infrared session could burn roughly 600 calories.

Breathing is the most powerful tool we use in Pilates to activate the sides of the rib cage, create connection to the abdominals and fuel to push through the most challenging of workouts. Deep breathing is also the easiest and most available internal cleansing mechanism we have, clarifying the mind, reducing stress and creating a greater, holistic experience.
— CENTERING
Centering in Pilates is as much mental as it is physical. Students should consciously bring focus to the center/core of the body to fire energy from their “powerhouse” and center their body and spirit.
— CONCENTRATION
Simply put, Pilates requires paying attention to the specifics and details of each exercise. By bringing full attention to the movements and connection between mind and body, the vital benefits of Pilates are mastered to the point of subconscious reaction. Pilates is not a sprinting sport, rather represents the concept that your mind directs and manages each separate muscular movement with precision and pace. Totally challenging, Pilates requires resistance, both mental and physical, to engage and move with intention.
