With the room at 95-105º, music blasting, hearts pumping, & sweat dripping, Savor will challenge your body, boost your metabolism, and build lean muscle mass. This is a whole body strengthening exercises with free weights, resistance bands, and a revolving door of props.

In this class, we eliminate the heat and focus on mat work; moving the spine, strengthening the trunk, and building your knowledge on centering, control, concentration, precision, breathe, and flow. You may utilize props – resistance bands, light weights, pilates ball & the devilish magic circle.
