This is a whole body strengthening exercises with free weights, resistance bands, and a revolving door of props.

      In this class, we eliminate the heat and focus on mat work; moving the spine, strengthening the trunk, and building your knowledge on centering, control, concentration, precision, breathe, and flow. You may utilize props – resistance bands, light weights, pilates ball & the devilish magic circle.

GENERAL POLICIES

HOW WE GET DOWN

Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.

You must be 16 years old or older to practice at SALTVAULT.

The studio room is heated, using infrared heating technology and gets to between 85-95 degrees.

Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

LATE POLICY

We do not allow late entry to any classes for your safety.

CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel your class 8 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot.

If you late-cancel less than 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file and your class will not be returned to your account.

All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account and you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Unlimited Memberships.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, Teacher Trainings, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.

Payment Plans are binding contracts that must be paid in full.

We do not offer extensions on Trainings, Workshops, Memberships, Single Classes, Class Packages, or Unlimited Memberships.

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership classes do not roll over and must be used within the month.

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment.

To cancel a membership or skip a month, a 7-day notice is required by emailing your local studio.

Memberships begin on date of purchase.

SALTVAULT is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
