What to Expect
SAVOR at SALTVAULT is where Pilates discipline meets HIIT-style energy. You’ll still get the control, alignment, and core focus Pilates is known for, but the pacing is more athletic, and the structure often feels interval-driven. The room is heated (typically around 95–105°), so you’re not just working hard, you’re working hot, which means your heart rate climbs faster and the sweat shows up early.
Expect full-body strength sequences, faster transitions, and a “keep moving” vibe that challenges endurance without turning the class into a chaotic free-for-all. It’s intense, organized, and designed to leave you feeling firm, accomplished, and absolutely cooked (in a good way).
Infrared
SAVOR is taught in infrared heat, which provides a more consistent warmth throughout the studio. That heat helps muscles stay warm during faster-paced work and can support improved circulation as you move through strength-focused intervals.
HOT PILATES
SAVOR still lives in the SALTVAULT heated Pilates family, but the programming leans more toward an athletic, strength-forward approach. You’ll use Pilates-based movement patterns and combine them with resistance work that pushes stamina and muscle endurance. Depending on the class, you may incorporate free weights, resistance bands, and other rotating props to keep the body challenged from multiple angles.
Musically-driven
SAVOR is musically driven, and it matters. The playlist helps set the pace, keeps momentum high, and makes the work feel energized rather than grindy. The music supports those interval-style pushes and helps carry you through the more challenging moments when your core is shaking, and you’re negotiating with your life choices.
ABOUT OUR Savor CLASS
SAVOR at SALTVAULT is designed for people who want a sweat-heavy, full-body workout that builds lean muscle and boosts conditioning. It’s a great option if you love Pilates but also want something that feels more like a performance workout, with structure, intensity, and progression. Instructors will cue form and offer options so you can scale the workout, but you should come ready to move.
The Process
SAVOR usually starts with an intentional warm-up to connect breath, posture, and core activation. From there, the class moves into structured strength intervals that cycle through targeted muscle groups, often mixing timed work with short transitions. Resistance tools may be introduced to increase intensity, and the class wraps with a strong finish and recovery-focused stretching to help the body come down smoothly.
Improve Relaxation & Circulation
Even though SAVOR is intense, it has a powerful reset effect. The combination of infrared heat, breath-led movement, and sustained effort can support circulation and help release stored tension in the body. Many people leave feeling mentally lighter, physically looser, and more energized, with improved posture and core engagement carrying into everyday movement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is SAVOR more intense than SPICE?
SAVOR is typically more interval-driven and athletic in pacing. SPICE is heated mat Pilates with strength and props, while SAVOR leans more into HIIT-style energy and endurance.
Do I need to be in great shape to take SAVOR?
No, but you should be ready for a challenge. You can constantly adjust the intensity, take breaks, and build up gradually with consistency.
What props are used in SAVOR?
SAVOR often incorporates free weights, resistance bands, and rotating props depending on the class format to add strength and variety.
How hot is the room?
SAVOR is taught in a heated studio environment, commonly around 95–105°, to support circulation and intensify the workout.
What should I bring?
Bring a mat, water, and a towel. Breathable clothing helps, and hydration matters more than you think in a heated class.
