ARE THE CLASSES OPEN LEVEL?

SALT classes are challenging and demand a lot from the body. That being said, we welcome all levels in every class. Pilates is all about your personal journey on the mat. We have a “do what you can” philosophy. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. Our unheated classes are the most accessible to beginners, as they eliminate the intensity of the heat.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, talk with the instructor and prepare yourself for practice. It also gives you a chance to meet other practitioners and trust us, this crew is full of awesome people.

The studio room is heated, using infrared heating technology and gets to between 85-95 degrees. Sweat SALT.

Please be on your mat at the start time of class.

Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

LATE POLICY

We do not allow late entry to any classes for your safety.

CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel your class 8 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot.

If you late-cancel less than 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file and your class will not be returned to your account.

All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account and you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

We do not offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Unlimited Memberships.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership classes do not roll over and must be used within the month.

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment.
