SAVOR is SALTVAULT’s signature 3×3 format. Continuous sets of three exercises, repeated for three rounds in 85 - 105°F infrared heat.

ZEST is SALTVAULT’s unheated format, blending contemporary and classical Pilates with purposeful props and rhythmic sequencing.
Each exercise leads naturally into the next, creating a continuous experience that keeps you present from start to finish. Grounded in the principles of Pilates, breath, precision and control shape every transition.
