What to Expect

HIIT Pilates at SALTVAULT of Pacific Beach is a high-energy, mat-based class held in a heated studio, typically between 95 and 105 degrees. This class blends Pilates principles with interval-style training to create a cardio-focused experience that emphasizes endurance, strength, and total-body conditioning.

Expect faster pacing and purposeful transitions that elevate heart rate while remaining low-impact. HIIT Pilates is designed for guests who want a more athletic workout while maintaining control, alignment, and breath awareness. Each 50-minute session moves with intention and intensity.

ABOUT OUR HIIT PILATES CLASS

Serving the Greater San Diego County Including Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, La Mesa & Beyond

HIIT Pilates is designed for guests who want a more athletic, cardio-forward Pilates experience. The class combines strength-based mat work with interval-style sequencing to challenge endurance while maintaining alignment and control.

Props such as light weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls may be used to increase resistance and support varied movement patterns. HIIT Pilates is ideal for guests with some Pilates or general fitness experience who enjoy dynamic workouts.

The Process

Each HIIT Pilates class begins with a structured warm-up to prepare the body for movement in the heated studio. Participants then move through a series of interval-based Pilates sequences targeting the core, legs, glutes, arms, and stabilizing muscles.

Instructors provide clear cues and pacing guidance throughout class, emphasizing efficient transitions and steady breath. The class concludes with focused movements and stretching to support balance, recovery, and circulation.

Improve Relaxation & Circulation

Although HIIT Pilates is cardio-driven, the combination of infrared heat and controlled movement supports circulation and post-class recovery. Many participants experience reduced stiffness and improved mobility after class.

The steady warmth helps muscles remain engaged without tightening, supporting both performance and relaxation. Mindful breathing throughout class helps guests stay grounded and manage intensity.

"I took the SAVOR class through ClassPass with Jamie and I really enjoyed how challenging it was. I sweat out everything, worked my muscles to exhaustion, and left feeling lighter and more limber."
